Does the price include shipping and customs duties?

What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Can I get a sample first?

Samples are available. Sample costs can be deducted from bulk orders.

Will I see a sample or draft before production?

We provide real photos or send samples for your confirmation before mass production.

How fast can you deliver?

Standard in-stock items ship within 48 hours after payment. Custom or large orders take about 7–25 days (please confirm for exact time).

What payment and shipping options do you support?

We accept T/T and PayPal. Shipping can be arranged by express, air, or sea according to your needs.

How do you handle product quality issues?
